Ty Martin leads the National Advisory Team at KW Commercial as well as the Tenant Representation Division. He begun his commercial real estate career in 2018, and founded the National Advisory Team alongside Angelo Beacon-Paglia in 2025. Prior to commercial real estate, Ty was in the Fleet Management Industry, working alongside large companies with their vehicle leasing and logistics. His experience stretches nation-wide, working with national office and retail tenants as well as institutional and private landlords. Ty's goal is to always make sure to fully understand his client's needs for their space from layout, budget, and flexibility to assure that the process of leasing space is simplified. In only 7 years in the industry, Ty has worked with multiple national tenants, dozens of local tenants, and has completed hundreds of lease and sale transactions.
Philanthropy runs deep in Ty's roots, and he hosts a golf outing yearly to raise money for causes that are important to him.
Outside of real estate, Ty is a serial entrepreneur with his own Fitness Community (Nightclubs Suck, or NCX), a sports training business (Athletes United), a coffee company (Bang Beans Coffee), a tattoo aftercare business (The Rebel), and more.
Ty lives in the Lake Norman / Charlotte area of North Carolina, where he spends time training for Triathlons, Hiking, Reading, Skiing, and listening to Larry June.
