James Kozuch is a commercial real estate broker based in South Florida, specializing in tenant representation for industrial, office, and retail properties. Known for his data-driven strategy and client-first mindset, James helps businesses find and negotiate ideal spaces that align with their operational needs and long-term goals. He joined the KW Commercial | National Advisory Team in early 2025, following his tenure as a broker with KW Commercial in the Greater Tampa market.
Originally from the Bay Area in California, he brings a tech perspective and detailed approach to solving problems. Early on he learned to design websites and has experience building e-commerce businesses. James attended Indiana University - Bloomington and graduated in 2019. He was an active member of the Entrepreneurs Club and the Commercial Real Estate Workshop. He earned the Founders Scholar and studied abroad in Milan, Italy his junior year.
Fluent in Spanish, James enjoys traveling in his spare time, especially visiting his family in Portugal.
