Ryan Faber is a commercial real estate advisor based on Florida’s East Coast. He specializes in tenant representation for industrial and flex tenants, site selection, and investment purchasing across Florida.
Prior to joining the team, Ryan served as managing director of a small private equity firm focused on residential and commercial real estate investing since 2020. During his tenure, he was directly responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and management of real estate assets.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Ryan moved to Florida in 2021 to pursue greater life experiences. He brings a hands-on mindset shaped by a blue-collar upbringing and a strong foundation in hard work.
From 2015 to 2019, Ryan played Division I football at Monmouth University as a defensive lineman—an experience that shapes how he approaches business.
Outside of real estate, Ryan spends his free time fishing, biking, and exploring Florida’s coastline.
