Colin Kuni is a commercial real estate advisor, specializing in tenant representation for industrial and office users throughout South Florida. He helps businesses navigate renewals, relocations, and expansions with confidence.
He entered the industry part-time before transitioning into a full-time advisory role, supporting clients through every step of the leasing process from market research and site selection to LOIs and negotiations.
Originally from South Jersey, Colin relocated to Florida in 2025 for a change of pace and new opportunities in one of the most dynamic real estate markets. He brings a hands-on, proactive approach to every assignment.
Outside of real estate, Colin trains year-round for triathlons with the goal of completing a full Ironman. He also enjoys getting out on the golf course and rarely misses a Formula 1 race.
